ACSM’S TOP 20 Fitness Trends for 2015

The American College of Sports Medicine has released their annual survey of thousands of health and fitness professionals’ predictions for upcoming trends for fitness. The Number One Trend in 2015 will be Body Weight Training closely followed by High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
