Our teams are working around the clock to make sure that the service we provide is not affected.

1. Office

Our office teams are working remotely. This will affect Sales, Backoffice, Financial Department, Design Department, Marketing, Customer Service, Education Department and Project Management.

2. Factory:

Our machines are positioned over the security distance and the good news is that, by taking all the necessary precautions in the factory to ensure the utmost safety, we can keep producing and prepare the orders for you. We have implemented enhanced protocols for cleaning and sanitizing our facilities (4 times per day)

3. IT & Logistics:

They work hard to keep all systems alive and avoid any breakdown during the whole period of the lockdown, all with the needed precautions recommended by national health authorities.

4. Ongoing projects:

Our team are working around the clock to make sure that the service we provide is not affected. Not only has the company taken steps to keep them all safe, but we have also prepared for this eventuality:

• We have increased our raw material stock to avoid possible problems with the supply chain

 

The ongoing projects are all alive and we keep developing them as usual and move them to further stages.

Healthclubs are closed now or are about to close for a while, but when this situation passes (because we all know it will), people will be looking forward to working out again.

5. High Priority Orders:

If you have a customer that wants to use the “forced closure time” for his refurbish, please let us know asap, so we give “High Priority” to this order on our end.

6. Customer Service:

Pavigym has taken the appropriate measures to successfully overcome this challenge and continue to provide you with the service you deserve. We are committed to helping you with everything you need, which is why our  team is doing its best to keep customer service 100% operational too.
