Are PAVIGYM™ tiles easy to install?
The interlocking system makes installation incredibly easy. Small areas can be loose laid, so there’s no need to apply any adhesives. For more information, consult our Installation Manual.

What surfaces can PAVIGYM™ flooring be installed over?
The only requirement PAVIGYM™ flooring has is that it is installed over a flat, dry & clean surface. This means that it can be installed over existing PVC, wooden, concrete, or mortar sub-floors for example.
Does your flooring need to be glued to the subfloor?
This depends on the flooring and the specific conditions and purpose of the fitness installation. We always recommend gluing EVA tiles and PVC rolls. For queries regarding rubber tiles, please contact us and we’ll be happy to advise you.
Can I install the flooring myself?
Yes, you can install our flooring by following the recommendations in our Installation Manual. However, we strongly recommend using our Installation services. PAVIGYM™ or one of our Certified Installers will gladly install the flooring for you to ensure optimal results.
How do I clean my floor?
For EVA and rubber flooring we differentiate between four types of cleaning: Post-Installation Cleaning, Maintenance Cleaning, Deep Cleaning and Selective Cleaning. You can download our Cleaning Manual which contains detailed instructions. For cleaning the Turf, we recommend using a dry foam product such as Vanish Carpet dry foam. For cleaning instructions related to any other product please contact us.
What is a Post-Installation Cleaning?
This is a compulsory cleaning process that must be performed once the flooring has been installed. The purpose of this initial cleaning is to remove the protective silicon layer and prepare the floor for its first use.
Daily maintenance should be performed to keep the floor clean and in optimal condition. This process is important to ensure the product’s lifespan is maximised.
An in-depth cleaning process that must be performed a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 times a year in order to remove dirt that accumulates over time and is not completely removed through daily maintenance.
This process aims to remove the toughest stains from specific areas.
Which cleaning products can I use to clean PAVIGYM™ flooring?
We recommend using products manufactured by SEALED AIR – DIVERSEY, our cleaning and maintenance products partner.

After Sales Support
The products I just purchased were damaged during delivery, what should I do?
You must ensure that you state your dissatisfaction with the status of the delivered goods on the delivery sheet. You must also take pictures and inform your Sales Representative immediately so we can contact the delivery company.
Can I return a product?
As stated in our Warranty and Terms & Conditions, the products can only be returned before installation, if they are not customised. Customised products cannot be returned. All transportation cost derived from returning a product will have to be assumed by the customer.
I have several tiles left over after installation, can I return them?
No. We will not accept the return of partial shipments. You should keep this material for potential replacements.
My flooring seems to be slippery, what can I do?
PAVIGYM flooring comes with a protective silicon layer. This protective layer must be removed by performing the Post-Installation Cleaning. If this silicon layer is not removed correctly the floor may be slippery.
What warranty does PAVIGYM offer for its product?
We offer a full 2-year warranty for all our products (except for anchor’s accessories which have only a 6-month warranty).
