How it works
Pavigym flooring is designed for an easy installation process. Depending on your project size and product type, you can either install it yourself or hire our certified professionals.
PRE-INSTALLATION
- Site preparation
Before any Pavigym product is installed, the surface must be solid, dry, flat, and clean to ensure optimal performance and warranty compliance. - Material reception
Prior to starting the installation, confirm that all delivered materials correspond to the original order. - Reading the Guide
The Installation Manual is an essential resource, especially for the installation team, that ensures each product is installed correctly, safely, and in line with warranty conditions.
INSTALLATION
- Marking & Layout
Establish the required rows or visible wall references to ensure an accurate and consistent layout. - The Installation
Ensure installation takes place at room temperature and avoid mixing tiles from different batches to guarantee a uniform finish and proper performance. - Wastage & final check
Allow extra material for cutting, perimeter adjustments, and future replacements. Complete a final inspection to confirm the correct placement and finish.
POST-INSTALLATION
- Post-Installation Cleaning
Clean the surface thoroughly to prevent permanent marks from silicone, dust, or adhesives. - Floor Protection
Once the final cleaning has been completed, protect the flooring with a plastic cover or similar material until all works in the facility have been fully finished in order to prevent dirt, marks, or damage caused by ongoing activity during the final stages of the project.
