Warranty coverage
A warranty is our written commitment to repair, replace, or compensate for any manufacturing defect detected within a defined period, provided that the floor has been installed and maintained according to Pavigym’s guidelines.
All Pavigym floors are covered under the following terms:

Warranty conditions require correct installation, regular maintenance, and timely communication of any issue. To keep coverage valid, always:
- Inspect materials on delivery and report visible damage within 48 hours.
- Notify hidden defects within 30 days.
- Avoid installation if any visible defect is detected.
