Optifoam is a lightweight acoustic underlay from Pavigym Foams, developed to reduce impact noise and vibration beneath strength, free-weight and functional training flooring. Available in two densities, its adhesive-free format allows the acoustic response to be adapted to different project requirements while keeping the flooring build-up simple and efficient.

one adaptable acoustic solution
Optifoam is available in two 30 mm versions — 180 and 250 kg/m³ — allowing the acoustic underlay to be matched to the requirements of each project. Both share the same 100 × 200 cm format and adhesive-free installation; the difference lies in density, weight and compressive response.
Lighter acoustic support
With a density of 180 kg/m³, Optifoam 180 provides acoustic and impact support while adding less weight to the flooring build-up. Its lower-density structure makes it a practical option where weight efficiency and acoustic improvement are key project considerations.
Higher-density acoustic support
With a density of 250 kg/m³, Optifoam 250 provides a firmer response and greater resistance to compression, making it suitable for projects where higher load support and acoustic insulation are required.
