Noise control starts
from the floor
Acoustic flooring solutions for modern fitness spaces
At Pavigym, we design specialised acoustic flooring solutions that reduce sound and vibration at the source — improving the user experience inside the gym and reducing the acoustic impact beyond it.

Advanced acoustic control
in a modular format
BigJag is the first all-in-one acoustic flooring installed in independent 1m² modules, delivering maximum insulation from impact noise and vibration caused by dropped weights. Its structure absorbs sound at the source while allowing fast installation and selective replacement. It’s ideal for free weight zones, multi-storey gyms, or any facility where performance and protection are critical — and it’s available in five colours, with Endurance or Extreme finishes to match your training zone design.

Efficient, cost-effective
acoustic performance
Jag shares the core philosophy of BigJag — independent modular tiles designed for high-performance noise and vibration insulation. What makes Jag different is its composition, allowing for a more cost-effective solution without sacrificing acoustic reliability. Ideal for strength areas where control matters, but budgets demand balance.

Acoustic layers
Adaptable insulation beneath your flooring
Our acoustic layer systems integrate with any flooring – whether Pavigym or otherwise — to deliver tailored sound absorption based on your specific building and usage requirements. This is a custom approach to flooring and acoustic performance, especially suited to multifunctional or mixed-use areas.
With the right floor and acoustic solution, you get the isolation your space truly needs — tested, proven, and tailored.
Tested for real gym conditions
At Pavigym, acoustic performance is more than theory — it’s about how flooring behaves under real-world conditions. That’s why we test every product in actual weightlifting scenarios to ensure it delivers both vibration control and durability.
All our floors are tested by dropping a 50kg barbell from a height of 50cm, simulating real gym use. Our technical team will assess your facility’s structure and training profile to recommend the most effective, and cost-efficient, solution for your needs. Whenever possible, we also recommend on-site testing, since the characteristics of each building can influence acoustic results.
