- In plank position on the slide area, pads below the feet.
- Perform an “8” shape moving the legs as demonstrated in the video.
Main quality worked:
This is a great exercise for the core using the slide area. Thanks to the “8” shape performed we will involve all the main core muscle groups including the obliques as the leg movement will create a body rotation. It is a very complete exercise for our core demanding a high intensity. This is an exercise for advanced users.
